Artistic, social and corporate events organised in Athens and throughout Greece — the programme, the production, the people, and the quiet business of getting your guests in and out again without incident.
We work in your own premises or in a venue we find for you. What separates the service is not the booking of a band, which anyone can do, but everything arranged around it: who holds access, how arrivals are staged, and how an evening is kept clear of attention it did not invite.
Artistic events
Our company can organise in your premises any artistic event you desire. That covers the booking of artists, DJs and music bands, and the thematic decoration of the space according to the colour and character of the occasion.
In practice the work runs deeper than the booking. We shortlist and negotiate with performers and their agents, take on the technical rider — sound, lighting, staging, power and its redundancy — and build a production schedule that has everything loaded in and tested well before the first guest arrives. A run of show keeps the evening moving without anyone visibly prompting it. Where an artist travels with their own conditions, we handle that liaison rather than handing it back to you.
Recreational and social events
Social events and happenings for the recreation of your guests, or for the promotion of your products. Included in the service is their safe arrival and departure, and the protection of your guests from indiscreet eyes.
The work typically covers private celebrations and anniversaries, product launches and press evenings, seasonal and corporate parties, receptions built around a business visit, and gatherings that need to take place without appearing in anybody’s feed the following morning.
Where events are held
Private residences and estates
The most controllable option, and the most common for clients who value privacy. A private house or estate gives a single point of access, no unrelated guests and no venue staff outside your arrangement. It also means everything arrives with us — power, catering infrastructure, staging, furniture and sanitary provision — which we plan around the property rather than imposing on it.
Coastal and Riviera venues
The Athens Riviera between Palaio Faliro and Cape Sounio holds most of the city’s summer venues, from beachfront spaces to hotel terraces. They are handsome, and they carry two standing problems: the sea breeze against sound and lighting rigs, and access roads that clog on summer evenings. Both are solvable if they are planned for.
City venues and rooftops
Rooftops with an Acropolis view, restored neoclassical houses, industrial spaces in Gazi and Piraeus. Excellent for launches and press evenings. Rooftops in particular bring capacity limits, lift-based load-in and curfews on amplified sound, all of which shape the programme and are worth knowing before a date is fixed.
Aboard a chartered yacht
For smaller numbers, an event afloat is the most private venue available — access is finite and controlled by definition. We arrange the vessel through our yacht chartering service and run the event aboard it.
The islands
Multi-day celebrations on the islands are entirely workable and are logistics-led rather than design-led. Ferry and charter schedules, accommodation blocks, supplier transport and contingency for weather all have to be settled early, because on an island there is no second supplier on the morning of the event.
Guest security and discretion
This is the part most event organisers leave to the venue. We do not.
Arrivals and departures are staged so that guests are not photographed on a pavement waiting for a car. Access is controlled against a list rather than by impression at the door. Where guests warrant it, close protection officers work in evening dress and are indistinguishable from the guests around them — the standard is that nobody notices they are present. Transport is arranged as part of the event rather than left to each guest, and for principals who require it we provide security transfer with trained drivers.
Where an event must not be documented, we set that expectation with venue staff and suppliers in writing beforehand, brief the door on it, and manage the photography permissions rather than discovering afterwards what was taken. The wider framework for all of this is our security consulting practice.
How an event is planned
The brief. A conversation about the occasion, the guests, the date and the budget, plus what would count as the evening going wrong. That last question shapes more of the plan than the first three.
Site visit and feasibility. We walk the space and establish what it will actually take: capacity, power, load-in access, kitchen provision, noise constraints, parking and the weather contingency. Some venues fail this stage, and it is far cheaper to learn that now.
Proposal and budget. A written programme with costed elements, so you can see what each part of the evening costs and remove any of it.
Production. Supplier contracting, technical schedules, staffing, permits where amplified sound or public space requires them, and the security plan.
The event. A production manager on site from load-in to load-out, so that decisions are taken by someone whose job it is and not by the host.
Afterwards. Load-out, the venue returned as it was found, supplier reconciliation, and a single closing account.
What we handle, and what we coordinate
Directly: the programme and run of show, artist and DJ booking, thematic decoration, production management, staffing, guest access and security, and transport.
Coordinated on your behalf: venue, catering and bar, technical suppliers, florists, photography where it is wanted, and accommodation for guests travelling in. You hold one relationship rather than a dozen, and one account at the end.
Arranging an event
Tell us the date, the approximate number of guests and what the occasion is for. We will tell you honestly whether the date is realistic for what you have in mind, and what it will take. We are reachable at any hour, and initial conversations carry no obligation.
