Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data LOGARAS ENTERPRISES collects through this website, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

What we collect and why

Contact form

When you send us a message we receive the details you enter: name, surname, email, telephone (optional) and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you engage us, to prepare and carry out the service. The legal basis is your request and the steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are stored in the website’s database and sent to our email inbox. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting assignment, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Telephone, email and WhatsApp

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we use your details only to reply. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta); when you use it, its own privacy policy applies.

Analytics

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages lead to a call or a message. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.

Map

The map on the contact page is from Google Maps and loads only if you click to show it. Until then no data is sent to Google.

Technical data

Like every website, our server processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages securely. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Fonts are served from our own server.

Cookies and local storage

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again. Analytics cookies (names beginning with _ga) are set only after you accept.

Who receives your data

We do not sell or share your data. It is processed only by us and by the providers named above (hosting, analytics with consent, email), where they need it to provide their service.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@logarasenterprises.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
