What We Transport

How the Service Works
Every assignment follows the same structured chain of custody. The protocol is the same whether you are sending a single envelope across Athens or coordinating a multi-stop document delivery across Greece.

- Booking and briefing. You contact us with the pickup address, destination, time window, and a general description of what is being transported. No detailed contents disclosure is required at this stage.

- NDA and assignment. Where the engagement is part of an ongoing relationship, a master NDA is signed once. For one-off assignments, an NDA is signed by the assigned operator before pickup.

- Sealed handover at pickup. Documents or items are placed in a tamper-evident envelope or case at the point of pickup, in your presence. The seal number is logged. The operator does not see or read contents.

- GPS-tracked transit. The assigned vehicle is GPS-tracked from pickup to delivery. Routes are pre-planned with primary and alternate options. For higher-sensitivity assignments, a second vehicle or close protection officer may be added.

- Verified delivery. At the destination, the recipient verifies the seal is intact, signs for receipt against the seal number, and (where required) provides photo ID confirmation. A delivery confirmation is sent to you in real time.

- Documented record. A complete chain-of-custody record — pickup time, route timing, delivery time, recipient details, seal numbers — is delivered to you after the assignment closes. For ongoing accounts, records are consolidated and archived.

Are documents insured during transit?
Yes. Our standard transport carries professional indemnity coverage. For documents or items where the value or replacement cost exceeds standard coverage, we can arrange supplementary insurance specific to the consignment — discussed at the booking stage.
Will the operator know what they are carrying?
No. Items are sealed in tamper-evident packaging at pickup, in your presence. The operator transports the sealed package without opening or inspecting contents. They are aware of the general category — for example, “legal documents” — only to the extent required to handle the consignment appropriately.
Can you handle multi-stop deliveries?
Yes. Many corporate and legal assignments involve a single document moving through multiple parties — for example, signature collection across several executives. The chain-of-custody protocol applies at every stop, with seal verification and signed handover at each transfer.
Do you offer ongoing accounts for law firms and corporate clients?
Yes. Most of our document transport work is on retainer or account basis with law firms, accounting practices, and corporate clients who use the service regularly. Account clients receive priority dispatch, simplified booking via dedicated contact, master NDAs covering all assignments, and consolidated monthly invoicing.
Is the service available outside Greek business hours?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. After-hours and weekend transports are quoted at the same standards but may carry a modest premium depending on the assignment.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on distance, timing, sensitivity level, and whether one or two operators are required. Single-document, single-stop transports within Athens typically start in the low hundreds of euros. Cross-country or higher-sensitivity assignments are quoted individually.
